Polyventure Publications had a booth again this year in the Shelton, Wa. Festival of Hope. This year, with an emphasis on obedience to God's commands, we emphasized the obedience to Jesus' commands of non-resistance and made our booth a conscientious objection information booth. This photo is in a quiet moment with some of the crew. Carl spent the entire day at the booth and didn't even get around the festival, because there was so much interest. We gave out a lot of information, discipleship books & materials, and lemonade.
The festival is a great outreach to the Shelton, Wa. area. To non-believers it is a testimony to the unity of believers. To believers it is a time to fellowship. Everyone listens to good live Christian music and lots of free food. It was a great celebration again this year. Hopefully our addition has challenged His people to a life of obedience.
